Lassarga is a piece of virgin land at the southern tip of the Dakhla Peninsula, where the lagoon meets the Atlantic Ocean. In front of us, there is a sandy beach of 1.5 km with a fantastic pointbreak that generates a beautiful line. In a good day, you can surf about 1 km, from peak to the fishing village at the end of the beach (almost 2 minutes on the wave!). We are the only camp here, the place is practically private. The waves of the Sahara are unique and offer unsurpassed surf conditions in the world, ideal for initiation and development. As for the waves, the summer is a little swell but winter is THE surf season in Morocco and Dakhla.

Understanding the basics of surfing in Lassarga means learning the best school there is. A long, indulgent, welcoming wave for beginners. A spot where you can learn with the best instructors, to discover a discipline that could become your passion after your stay ... At least we hope!

Beginner - intermediate - expert spot

It is one of the most beautiful and inaccessible waves of Morocco. Exceptionally long, the Lassarga wave wraps along a sandy tip at the end of the Dakhla peninsula. The totally offshore wind makes this wave glassy and of endless length, requiring a return to the peak by the beach. The wave is very evolutionary according to the sections and according to the tides.

OUM LABOUIR

Intermediate spot

Close to the city, the beach of Foum Labouir is the undisputed spot of Dakhla. More technical than Aarich's, it requires more experience. This is a point where the waves unfurl over a rocky plateau, most often covered with sand. The surf, hollow and fast at the start of the wave, becomes progressive midway through. Several peaks and several sections, waves often hollow and fast at first, softening in the second section, leaving time to maneuver and digging again on the end to form a bowl.

AARICH

Beginner spot

Dropped into a bay about 60 km north of Dakhla, its long progressive wave makes this spot an ideal place to learn the basics of surfing, perfect his technical skills or improve his gliding style.
