Access to the quotatrip.com website for all quote requests and contact with receiving agencies is free for the User.
To become a member and be put in contact with receiving agencies, the User must complete an online quote request form and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Requests for quotes contain the following information:
– User contact details (Name, surname, email, etc.)
– Selection of a destination or a local agency; ;
– Dates and duration of the trip; ;
– Number and profile of participants; ;
– Desired budget per person; ;
– Travel preferences: Accommodation, meals, type of support, transport; ;
-Type of activities desired on site.
6 – User Commitments
The User agrees to:
– Use the website http://www.oceanvagabond.com/ only for personal and non-commercial use, solely for the purpose of providing serious, real services in compliance with local, national, international or any other regulations; ;
– Provide accurate and complete information in your quote request.
– Check the references, skills and insurance of the incoming agency.
In the event of misuse or fraudulent use of the website http://www.oceanvagabond.com/, the User may be subject to legal action.
All requests for quotes containing false information, relating to illegal services, contrary to good morals, constituting a disturbance to public order or usurping the identity of a third party are considered abusive or fraudulent.
In case of non-compliance, quote requests will be deleted.
7 – Commitments of the company OCEAN VAGABOND
This service is completely free for the User.
In principle, Océan Vagabond's involvement ends immediately once the contact information of the User who requested a quote has been transmitted to the receiving Agencies. However, Océan Vagabond may occasionally contact certain Users to follow up on quote requests made through the platform or to obtain feedback from Users regarding Océan Vagabond's partner receiving Agencies.
In some cases, Ocean Vagabond may receive commissions.
Océan Vagabond does not intervene in any way in the commercial transactions between Agencies and Users arising from quote requests. Océan Vagabond disclaims all liability for the direct or indirect consequences of its role in connecting users and cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between the User and the Agencies.
All complaints regarding services should be addressed to the receiving Agencies.
8 – Links to third-party sites
Ocean Vagabond may provide links to third-party sites.
These sites are not published by Océan Vagabond. Océan Vagabond is not responsible for their content and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these sites.
9 – Personal Data
By submitting a quote request, the User agrees that their contact details may be transmitted to one or more receiving Agencies for the purpose of responding to their quote request.
Furthermore, the User agrees to receive commercial offers and newsletters from Ocean Vagabond and/or partners.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the processing of personal data by Océan Vagabond has been declared to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). This declaration is currently being processed.
The User has (articles 34 et seq. of the law of 6 January 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, which he can exercise with Océan Vagabond.
10 – Cookies
The User accepts the use of cookies so that Océan Vagabond can compile browsing statistics and also offer advertisements tailored to their interests.
11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to its formation, interpretation, performance or termination that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the territorially competent Moroccan courts within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office, located in Dakhla.
