The information we collect and store
Ocean Vagabond collects general information. When you send us a request, we generally ask for the following personal information:
Name, address, email, phone numbers, city, country of residence. Information related to planned travel: destinations of interest, how many people are expected to travel with you, your budget, travel dates, and/or your travel requirements and preferences. Other traveler information such as passport details, travel insurance, credit card details, and airline tickets. We also collect IP addresses to obtain statistics such as the number of visits to our websites, bounce rate, and visitor location. This type of information allows us to offer a personalized service to our customers.
However, we never collect:
Sensitive information such as religion, politics, race or health, unless the services you ask us to provide require it (for example, disabled access, access to a medical center in case of an emergency during your trip…)
